At Recovery Pathway Counseling LLC you will get tailored treatment that meets your needs in individual therapy. Not everyone is the same and we use individualized personable treatment with each client.
What to expect in individual therapy:
First session is an assessment to gather background information to help shape your treatment.
Second session there is an initial treatment plan where you develop goals you want to work on while in therapy. Every 90 days there is a treatment plan review where you can see the progress you have made and how far you have come by using evidence based measurements.
At Recovery Pathway LLC there are many different types of therapy modalities that is used in individual counseling such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy), ART (Accelerated Resolution therapy), person-centered, solution focused, narrative therapy, music therapy, and much more.
